OLYMPIC SQUAT RACK
The Freemotion Squat Rack is a work horse in the
weight room. In addition to traditional squats and lunges, adjust the safety
catch bars and add a FID Bench to also perform other Olympic-sized lifts. The
integrated weight plate storage allows for quick exercise transitions or drop
sets.

height to fit their range of motion and contain a dropped bar.
