The CAP Olympic Rubber Competition Bumper Plate with Steel Inserts are competition quality and are color-coded by size. These bumper plates offer protection for both the bar and the bumper plates with its sound construction.
Steel hubs reinforce the holes and protect the bar at the same time. These plates can only be used with 2” Olympic bars.
