These ultra-light Olympic training bars are made to be used in perfecting technique for beginner and experienced athletes alike. The Knurled areas mimic that of a full-size Olympic bar to make transitioning to a full-size bar much easier.
Not recommended for drops.
Bar may be oily before use; the oil is used for protection against rust while the bar is in storage. Please wipe off with lint free cloth before use.
