FREEMOTION GENESIS TOTAL QUAD / HIP
Performing leg extensions or simulating soccer kicks
on the GENESIS Total Quad/Hip functionally trains the lower body from hips to ankles.
This helps to build balance and increase strength in both the large muscle
groups and joint stabilizers. The swivel pulleys travel along a linear guide to
create progressive resistance that builds throughout the range of motion.

angle of the movement offering progressive resistance that increases through
