The GENESIS Multi-Plane Shoulder helps build strength through the torso and
joint stabilizers with its cable-based design. The lack of required adjustments
and the extensive cable travel lets the user move from supported to standing to
adding rotation and beyond, continuously adding variety and challenge to their
program.
