Body-Solid's Pro Dual Lat & Mid Row Machine is
engineered with a high pulley directly overhead for optimum back and shoulder
isolation. The extra-long pull down bar permits wide, medium or narrow handgrip
position. The Lat & Mid Row Machine also features a no-cable-change design
to provide seamless transitions between long pull and seated row exercises.
Adjustable hold-down pads add stability for lifts beyond that of a user's body
weight.

Our machine features a sleek, structural tube frame
with a durable, powder-coated finish that exhibits a modern, design-forward
aesthetic. Full shrouds and covers ensure an extra measure of safety while

Reinforced Nylon Pulleys
Impact resistant fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys,
including precision ground and sealed bearings, ensure prolonged cable life and
smooth movement. 11-gauge 2.375" x 4.625" oval tubing on the main
frame, combined with 3gauge steel connecting plates and connecting bolts adds
to the machine's strength and durability.
Spun Steel Aircraft Cables
The spun steel aircraft cables are 5.5mm in diameter
and are rated to over 2500 lbs., providing smooth movement and a safe workout.
Industrial-rated, sealed bearings at all major pivot points provide smooth
movements and easy adjustments.
DuraFirm Upholstery
To ensure user comfort, we feature over 2 inches of
DuraFirm upholstery, double-stitched, fully supported and guaranteed to be tear
