keys on the console makes interval training easier with just the press of a

With our bright 7.5” ClearView™ console, you will
stay engaged and informed while keeping track of the metrics you care about
most. A variety of preset programs, including a goal-oriented Time, Calories,
and Distance Series, and convenient handlebar pulse sensors ensure you stay in
your zone. Our new rocker-style speed and incline shifters are conveniently
located on the handlebars for fast changes on the go. Built-in Bluetooth FTMS
lets you connect to apps like Zwift and Kinomap, your Bluetooth headphones, or
a wireless heart rate monitor (Bluetooth or 5KHz, sold separately). When you’re
done with your workout, the XT385 packs away into a convenient folding-frame
